Challenge
Landscape Structures, a leader in commercial playground design and manufacturing, is deeply committed to continuous improvement in their product and processes as much as their business operations. As our longtime partner, it had been more than 15 years since we evolved their identity and helped them harness the power of brand in a largely unbranded industry. Now they were ready for a refresh, giving us an opportunity to modernize our own work to underscore their evolution as a company.

We peeled back layers of product-focused language to uncover a core belief that guided why they are committed to creating the best playgrounds in the world: because they believe play is life-changing.

Armed with their new purpose, we updated Landscape Structures’ existing brand world to better reflect who they are today: modern, active and inclusive. As part of the launch, we created a brand anthem video that elevates their commitment to creating inclusive play. New messaging guidance helps their full team of employees and outside sales consultants tell the same story. And an internal brand book aligns their most veteran employees and new employees alike around the full Landscape Structures brand. In a product-focused category, a strong brand story sets them up to stand out for years to come.
